A packaging manufacturing company is looking for a Financial Manager to join their financial team. The Financial Manager will be responsible for leading the finance department to effectively provide sound information & reports to management for decision-making purposes

REQUIRMENTS

• BCom or relevant tertiary qualification
• 6 – 12 years experience in a financial background
• Computer literate & excellent Excel skills
• Good written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to think innovatively, use own initiative & adaptability
• Ability to work independently & in a team        
• Strong management & leadership skills

ROLE:

• Manage & lead the financial department
• Monitor the financial performance of the business
• Coordinate the accounting functions
• Reconstruct financial reports from July 2016
• Produce management accounts & monthly reports
• Lead the transition from Pastel Partner to Pastel evolution
