Job Description:

Responsible to produce monthly reporting of income statement, balance sheet and cash flow

Financial reporting on variances, performance indicators, trends and financial ratios and then making recommendations for improvements

Ensure balance sheet recons are performed on a monthly basis

Prepare Annual Financial Statements for 3x companies

Monthly or ad hoc reporting to shareholders

Analyse internal business unit profitability and performance

Responsible for interim and annual external audit

Ensure tax, regulatory and statutory compliance

Co-releaser of payments and Administrator of Online Banking

Manage insurance and fixed asset register

Manage yearly renewal of BEE certificate and improvement of rating

Preparation and co-ordination of budgets and forecasts

Cash management and weekly forecasting

Ensure suppliers are paid and customers are invoiced

Provide the necessary systems, controls and reports to ensure the efficient use of company resources

Create, implement and maintain company policies

Review and approval of payroll and expense claims
