New development income vs expenditure and funding options

Financial Analysis

Budgeting and Forecasting for various companies

Improving profits on income

Project valuations and submissions thereof

Risk Analysis

Management of internal controls and implementation of new process

Organization of Pastel structure

Financial project reports

Tax review and submissions, strategic tax decisions and implementation

Inter-company loan management

Management of property leases
