Our client a leader and a large established concern within the agricultural industry is seeking to employ a Financial Manager.
Position Overview
The purpose of this role is to manage the financial department per sound financial systems, practices and processes that are compliant with relevant legislation and meet principles of international best practices and will allow the organisation to achieve its strategic financial objectives.
Qualifications and knowledge required:
• Chartered Accountant / CFA;
• A MBA or Honours Degree would be an advantage;
• 5+ years broad-based financial management experience (post articles), in a relevant industry;
• 3 years of which should have been in a similar senior management capacity;
• A detailed working knowledge in the manufacturing industry in a senior financial role ; and
• The Companies Act.
