Skills & Experience:

Experience in auditing financial services industry during articles

Post qualification financial services experience

AccPac experience advantageous

Strong Excel knowledge

Highly analytical with keen attention to detail

Deadline driven individual



Job Description:

Management Reporting

Accounts analysis

Monthly control account reconciliations

Opening of new bank accounts

Preparation of annual budgets, and monthly monitoring

Balance sheet and income statement reconciliation

Advisor commission statements review and distribution

Audit pack completion and submission

Monthly VAT calculation and statutory payments

Income tax administration and liaison with SARS

Assist with Advisor queries until resolution and manage Advisor expectations

Establish and maintain financial management mechanisms

Cash flow Management

Manage and approve of payments
