Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years Commercial experience
People management
Strong knowledge of Pastel, Pastel Payroll and MDA
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Advanced Excel skills
Job Description:
Duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Full reconcilability of the finance function with the support of the Accounts Administrator (accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow management, internal controls, compliance, governance and management reporting).
Management of all statutory tax requirements (including but not limited to Provisional Tax, Income Tax, VAT, PAYE, IRP5).
Provide guidance and leadership to the Accounts Administrator.
Prepare and present annual budgets with strategic outcomes in mind.
Assist in the preparation and delivery of half-yearly written reports to all investors.
Delivery of management reporting packs.
Oversee the delivery of the annual audit process.
Critically analyze financial information.
Assist in any due diligence and implementation processes of any new deals agreed with investors by the South African business.
