Financial Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing a staff complement of 45 people
Overall responsibility for systems of internal control
Liaison with internal and external auditors
Ensuring overall statutory compliance, including all taxes
Support role to site and operational managers
Overall business process development
Responsible for overall company procurement and contract management.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
Experience in a similar managerial position, in a commercial computerized accounting environment
High degree of (current) technical accounting knowledge
Good business acumen
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
