BCom in Management Accounting or Financial Accounting

CIMA (advantageous)



Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 4 years Financial Manager experience

Automotive industry experience, advantage



Job Description:

Actively drive the financial performance of the company.

Ensure the analysis of financial data to ensure the achievement of business goals.

Focus on providing the assistance with audit function.

Identify and weakness with internal controls and ensure improvements.

Actively review the monthly reconciliations, including the general ledger and bank reconciliations.

Ensure to monitor the actual performance to budgets.

Actively explain the variances identified and report the findings.

Provide the preparations of budgets and forecasts

Ensure to submit the annual tax packs.

Actively ensure that the financial reporting is constant with the underlying systems.

Focus on the month end reporting and reviews.

Make sure to prepare the consolidated annual financial statements.

Important to drive IT changes to ensure and enhance efficiencies.

Ensure the statutory compliance of accounts.
