We are looking for an experienced FINANCIAL MANAGER to join this well-established group of accommodation companies, with main head office located in Johannesurg's Bryanston.
This position requires the following job spec/trade but are not limited to:
Requirements
B. Com Accounting or Equivalent
Must have relevant 5 to 8 years’ experience solid tract record working as a Financial Manager within the Hospitality Industry
Timeshare Financial experience ESSENTIAL!
VIP Payroll Experience ESSENTIAL!
Must have a valid driver’s licence, own transport advised
Must be prepared to travel as and when required by the company
Must be able to manage the financial team
MS Office (Work, Excel, Outlook), Advanced
Reliable, Ethical, Confidentiality driven, Motivated, Honest, Passionate
Valid RSA ID
Duties /Responsibilities
Management of accounts department
Financial reporting, monthly and annually, to CFO and Board Level
Creditors, Debtors, Reconciliations and Cash Management
Financial Policies, procedures and all internal controls
Timeshare & Owners billing & recoveries
Cash Flow forecasting
Payroll for total staff compliment (150 employees)
Training of Staff from various backgrounds and skills levels
Statutory submission
As the Financial Manager, your previous experience includes, but are not limited to heading up finance, as a self-driven individual with very little financial supervision. You should be commercially astute with strong leadership qualities.
Package on offer:
Salary negotiable (Based upon experience and qualifications)
Provident Fund 13% of Basic
