A new foundation and related operating company seeks to appoint a Finance Manager. The FM will be responsible for all financial management of the foundation and its related operating company, incorporating an art gallery and sculpture park, restaurant, shop and function venue.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years’ post article experience

Ability to manage and develop a team

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to function in a fast pace and highly pressurized environment



Job Description:

Compile monthly cash flow forecast.

Manage daily cash flow and bank accounts of various entities.

Approve and release payments.

Managing donations and subscriptions received.

Reviewing monthly management accounts.

Review and approve monthly cash book processing in the accounting system.

Review and approve journals passed in the accounting system.

Oversee and ensure all related operating systems are accurately linking into the accounting system where relevant.

Management of the accounting team (4 staff).

Reviewing and finalizing annual financial statements.

Liaise with auditors and finalize financial records for annual audit.

Implementation of accounting systems and policies.

Continuously monitor and improve systems.
