An exciting position has become available for an ambitious recently qualified CA(SA). My client is seeking a self-driven individual with good problem-solving skills, to join our small, dynamic finance team as Financial Manager in a fast-growing international company.



Qualification:

CA(SA) or eligible to register – non negotiable



Skills & Experience:

Articles / post-articles experience in the financial services sector will be advantageous

Proficient at working in MS Office (good Excel skills are essential)

Good IFRS knowledge



Job Description:

Monthly financial accounting and management reporting.

Obtaining information from internal and external systems for preparation of month end journals.

Completion of monthly management reporting packs in MS Excel, including budgetary monitoring.

Forex calculations at month end.

Assisting with the audit.

Assisting with monthly payroll procedures.

Liaise with suppliers, banks, and other companies within the Group.

The candidate may be called upon to assist with the financial management activities of associated local and international companies.

Ad hoc tasks relevant to the role.

People Management, with the ability to manage a small finance team.
