Articles completed at a big 4 firm



Job Description:

Actively produce the monthly management accounts and provide the results to the board of directors on time.

Ensure the reports add value in order to assist the executive team with their decision-making process.

Provide accurate management of the finance team.

Focus the preparation of quarterly packs for the board of directors.

Ensure the monitoring of cash flow forecasts, expenses and cost controls.

Hands on management of external audits and accurate preparation of annual financial statements.

Ensure to provide assistance with the budget preparation.

Take ownership over the system of internal controls and make sure that the stores comply with finance related company policies.

Actively review the monthly payroll calculations and processing.

Ensure tax calculations and tax returns are reviewed.

Provide training to the finance staff.

Be open to provide financial assistance with new store openings and acquisitions that includes company valuations.

Take part in the key strategic decision making process of the business.
