Job Description:

* Review monthly salaries and fortnightly wages
* Review monthly management accounts and compare to budgets
* Supply quarterly management accounts to financial institutions
* Day to day financial operational management of 6 entities
* Assist in the compilation of the group’s annual financial reports for audit / review
* Compile (together with manager of each entity) yearly budgets
* Compiling and building reports to be presented to the company directors and stakeholders on a quarterly basis
* Review and management of the 6 entities’ creditors and payment processes
* Review and management of the 6 entities’ debtors and receipt processes
* Review monthly sales commissions
* Calculation monthly managers commissions
* Overseeing the HR function
* Reconciling and submitting returns to the Bargaining Council
* Monthly visits to the other sites

Requirements:

* CA (SA)
* 5 years+ experience
* Driver’s license
* Advance Excel Skills
* Pastel Partner and Pastel Payroll experience
* Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
