? With 3-5 years post article experience ideally in a financial management role
? Processing, team management, management report and pack preparation, ad-hoc projects, provisions, insurances, forex, treasury waterfall preparation, etc.
? Step up to the more complex aspects including:
? Funding activities,
? Capital budgeting and forecasting,
? Preparation of information memorandums,
? Formulate and implement policies and procedures within finance,
? Streamline documentation and workflow
? Provide more efficient reporting by way of dashboards and sales flash reports to management
? Consolidations, budgets, forecasts
? Excellent work ethic
? Non-negotiable on debt collection, ability to negotiate extended payment arrangements
? Semi-proficiency in knowledge of contracts, contract formulation and procurement management
? Advanced excel (macros, pivot tables)
? Advanced powerpoint
? Excellent written communication skills
? Pastel evolution
? Microsoft sharepoint an advantage
? Thick-skinned
? Must live within 30min of Woodmead in peak-hour traffic
? Is not here to make friends but here to get things done efficiently, with a zero tolerance for error
? Ability to make hard decisions and recommend people be fired if necessary
