Multinational healthcare organisation urgently looking for a Financial Manager (Fluent in Afrikaans) to join the Krugersdorp team.

JOB OBJECTIVE
? Providing accurate financial reports and interpreting financial information with specific deadlines
? Ensure compliance of all regulatory requirements
? Supervising staff and coordinating the financial activities of workers
? Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
? Regulation and administration of all existing and future projects
? Developing financial management controls to minimise financial risks
? Managing budgets and forecasts
? Liaise with external auditors
? Treasury function

TASK DESCRIPTION

Reporting
? Balance of daily Sales numbers
? Review of month end results, ensuring accuracy and completeness
? Preparation of internal reporting pack
? Preparation/Review of Monthly Company's Management Reporting requirements
? Preparation of monthly Variance analysis and commentary
? Preparation of forecasts and budgets

Reconciliations
? Review balance sheet reconciliations monthly and ensure that these are complete in an accurate, complete and timeous manner
? Review of accounts payable reconciliations monthly
? Review of accounts receivable reconciliations monthly
? Review of payroll reconciliations monthly

Tax, Statutory and Audit
? Ensure that all monthly tax and statutory deadlines are adhered to
? Prepare company's monthly tax computation
? Prepare tax computation and submit tax return annually
? Attend to company tax and statutory matters are required.
? Safe custody and control of assets, financial records, loan collateral, and securities.
? Coordinate and manage Internal and External audit process
? Insurance Management

Working Capital Management
? Review of cash position daily and manage working capital requirements
? Review and release of all cashbook and accounts payable payments
? Review and submission of Weekly Cashflow reporting
? Management of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable age analyses
? Fixed Asset Management
? Monthly Measurement of Working Capital targets
? Liaising with bank and other financial institutes

Processes and Procedures
? Identify and react quickly to problems and develop appropriate internal controls to minimise financial risk.
? Develop and Implement Standard Operating Procedures for all business cycles with in the business

General
? Attend to adhoc queries from business and suppliers/customers where required
? Prepare ad hoc analyses and reports as required
? Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities

Education/ Key experience
? Relevant tertiary degree in accounting/ CIMA/ CA(SA)
? Working knowledge of Syspro
? Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
? Good understanding of inventory costing and management
? Good communication skills. Both verbal and written.
