The purpose of this job is to be responsible for the creditors, debtors, cash book and petty cash process

• Check and verify creditors
• Capture creditors
• Compiling and capturing of journal entries for payments
• Assist management with the compilation and checking of year-end provisions.

Basic knowledge
• Knowledge of financial systems (Accpac).
• Familiar with company policies and practices.
• Knowledge of Armscor's procedures, standards and processes.
• Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable
