Duties & Requirements:

-Identify and escalate financial risks trough analysis of financial reports and statements
-Critically review budgets from Segments and update and prepare exco / board presentations annually
-Effective relationships are maintained with stakeholders
-Perform limited competitor analysis
-Prepare financial portions for the client and financial statements
-Deal with auditors
-Year and half-year end processes are completed accurately and within prescribed time frames
