Our Company is looking to hire Financial Service Representatives that are knowledgeable in customer care and passionate about service delivery.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Manage group sales activities and provide leadership to the day-to-day operations
• Should be able to implement different strategies depending on target markets
• Be able to establish goals, targets and programs to increase sales revenue
• Working closely with account managers to keep up-to-date of team performances, market trends and industry developments.
• Understand all the new products and their roles in the industry
• Develop an understanding of the client’s business, product, services, customer profile, marketing and business objectives, competitors and sales.
• Provide world class customer service in responding to general and specialised client’s request via both phone and email, including but not limited to- billing inquiries, campaign activity inquiries and advertising relevancy issues.
RECQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Good conduct of the English language (written and verbal)
• 3months sales experience
• Should be aged between the ages of 18-30
• Extensive computer skills (MS Office- word, outlook, excel and power point)
• Persuasive skills
