Financial Service Provider is looking to place a mature individual in a team where cooperation and team work is a highly valued commodity. The ideal individual will be at least 40 years old, have own reliable transport and have experience working in the financial service industry. We are looking for someone with Advanced Excel skills and high levels of numerical accuracy that can start IMMEDIATELY
Responsibilities

• FICA / Know your clients
• Opening new accounts, changes to new accounts and maintenance of client records.
• Printing, collating and issuing of reports
• Manage the loading processes on applicable systems
• Populating and generating excel sheets
• Ensuring that all fees and charges related to Debtors are updated on a continues basis during the month on the master spreadsheet and ready for invoicing at month end
• Preparation of all invoicing for month end
• Importing of all invoices and payments on Pastel
• Monitoring of unpaid debit order s and processing of same as well as related unpaid fees
• Handling of incoming queries and assisting with the documentation for this implementation of changes
• Identifying potential bad debts and high risk clients
• General office administration
• Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, typing, photocopying, faxing, mailing, document scanning and editing
• Filing and office organisation

Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 with Mathematics and Accounting as subjects
• Experience in a banking sector will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of debtors
• Pastel Accounting
• Advanced MS Excel Skills
