Your main requirements as Finishing Foreman would be to handle finishes.

You will handle finishes such as wet work, concrete work, for large buildings contracts that include residential developments as well as commercial building projects on fast paced active contracts. You will preferably have a trade qualification with a minimum of 15 years experience as Finishing Foreman where you will be reporting to a Site Agent and Contracts Manager and be managing sub-contractors on multiple building sites across the Midrand and Gauteng areas.
