Qualification:

NDip in Mechanical Engineering

OR

NQF4 Draughting Certificate or equivalent



Skills & Experience:

Fire Suppression System Design

Application of SANS 10400-T

Rational Fire Safety

A proven track record of Building Services Projects

National and international prescriptive Code Design (advantageous)

ASIB Accreditation (advantageous)

Experience in submitting Fire Plans to council for approval

Site inspections and monitoring

Proficient in AutoCAD

Revit MEP experience (highly advantageous)

Minimum 4 years Building Services experience



Job Description:

As a Fire Design Draughtsperson you will be required to Design and Draught Fire Suppression Systems in both AutoCAD and Revit MEP. This role will give you the opportunity to work on leading technology in the engineering industry in both draughting and design. You will work alongside industry leading Fire and Mechanical Engineers to ensure the timeous submittal of various project related building designs.
