Qualification:

BEng/BTech in Mechanical Engineering



Skills & Experience:

Developing designs for multi-disciplined projects (Hospitals, Schools, Office Blocks and Shopping Centres)

Attend site meetings and assist with tender documentation and client visits

Complete the designs of fire protection designs, smoke evacuation systems, stair pressurization systems, sprinkler and drainage systems

Early warning Fire detection, Gas fire extinguishing installations

Emergency evacuation communication systems

Fire pump and tank installations

Building evacuation and escape route analysis

Fireman’s telephone systems

Negotiations with fire authorities

Building Regulations advice and interpretation

Plan reviews
