You will be based in the Johannesburg office and will be involved in multi-billion ZAR projects such as hotels, office blocks, shopping malls, data centres, hospitals and multi-storey parkades.



Qualification:

BSc/BEng: Mechanical Engineering or BTech (Fire Technology)

Pr. Eng/ Pr. Tech Eng (Adv)



Skills & Experience:

Rational Fire design (sprinklers, hydrants, fire hose reels, fire extinguishers, fire signage, fire detection, pump houses and water tank installations on buildings)

Attend client and site meetings and be able to enforce authority on site and with clients

Prepare and compile written reports

Liaising with contractors and sub-contractors

Business development to establish repeat business with clients

Project management (Inception to close out)

4 – 6 years consulting experience
