Job Description:

Developing deemed to satisfy (SANS 10400:2011) fire safety and –compliance designs for multi-disciplined construction projects throughout South Africa.
Professionally represent company in formal client meetings, technical site meetings and carry out surveys
Manage small to medium projects with limited guidance
Assist with preparation of tender documentation and general project management administration

Qualifications:

Experience and technical design knowledge of hydraulic firefighting equipment, smoke ventilation systems, stair pressurization systems, and fire sprinklers.
Minimum 3-year experience in mechanical building services environments
Rational design experience and knowledge of BS, NFPA and EN standards will be an added advantage
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Must be a driven individual that is looking for a long-term career move
BEng / BTech in Mechanical Engineering
Strong MS Word and MS Excel Skills
