An international Blue Chip Company is looking to employ a dynamic and experienced individual with Fire Services Experience to run sites and report back to Management. Our client is a multidisciplinary construction and engineering company that needs to roll out the following systems on various Industrial sites:
? Fire Detection
? Fire Suppression
? Fire Sprinkler System
? Fire Foam Sprinkler Systems on various industrial sites
? Vehicle Fire Suppression Systems
? Conveyor Fire Suppression Systems
The ideal candidate will have experience running construction sites and managing staff to ensure deadlines are met and high quality standard are upheld without over running the budget.

Responsibilities:
? Regular reporting to management
? Supervision of staff
? Dealing with contractors
? Accountability of deadlines
? Accountability of budget
? Accountability of Project scope creep
? Site Co-ordination
? Monitoring of fire systems installations
? Traveling to other sites in Johannesburg and Durban.
? Site engineers act as day-to-day managers on a construction site,
? Provide main source of technical advice and
? Ensure quality control for everyone working on it.
? Checking drawings and quantities and ensuring the accuracy of calculations
? Negotiate and agree the price and oversee the choice for materials and plant to be used on the project.
? Plan the work to be done and organise things so that deadlines are met.
? Resolve technical or any other problems crop up
? Seeing a project successfully reach completion.

Experience
? 3 – 5 years Site engineer experience
? 2 years fire systems installation
? Relevant Qualification
