An established manufacturing and distribution company providing industrial pumps to the food and wine industry is looking for a Fitter and Turner to join their growing team.

Job Description;

Manufacture, fit and assemble parts and components for industrial pumps

Work from detailed drawings or specifications, and can use hand and machine tools

Making, installing and repairing industrial pumps

Pump overhaul and replacement

Strip and assess hydraulic components

Hydraulic motors

Valve banks

Open and closed looped pumps

Variable Piston Pumps

Slew motors

Field service if required

Minimum Requirements;

Completed an apprenticeship and passed a recognized trade test

Minimum of 5-10 experience on pumps, gearboxes, conveyers, fan and motors

Previous experience of pumps within the food or wine industry is hugely beneficial

Ability to draw on AutoCad would be a further advantage

Must be fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans

Clean and valid code 08 Drivers Licence
