Our client in the Boland is looking for an experienced Fitter and Turner.

Requirements:

Minimum N3

Fitter or Fitter & Turner Qualification

Minimum 4 years related experience in an manufacturing environment

Must be able to work shifts

Available to work after hours, standby & call – outs and weekend overtime, as the need arises

Any Ad – Hoc duties as requested

Interpersonal and Communication skills

Must have own transport

Must live in Paarl or surrounding areas or willing to relocate



Key Performance Areas:


To do welding, fitting and turning and maintenance of plant and equipment

To install and maintain air, water and steam lines

To do planned and preventative maintenance with minimum time wastage

Good mechanical problem solving skills

Adherence to all Health and Safety Standards
