Fixed Asset Equipment Controller/ Accountant Sandton R20 000
• Formal accounting qualification
• at least 5 years senior bookkeeping/accounting experience.
• To ensure that all long term rental, maintenance contracts and PMA’s are recorded
• accounted for and invoiced correctly.
• To maintain the fixed assets register and to ensure that accounts, reports, reconciliations are produced to deadlines, accounting standards and company policies and procedures.
• Prepare claims cost comparison and local warranty schedules.
• Manage Stock weekly with the rental department.
• Handle Navision master data updates , queries and month end balancing
• prepare fixed assets, rental cost per hour, maintenance cost per hour, rental replacement value, rental forklift count and NBV schedules monthly.
• Calculate rental settlements.
• check and reconcile long term rental, maintenance contract and invoicing monthly.
