FIXED Term Sous Chef (plus minus 4 months), Hermanus

This well known hotel is looking for an experienced Sous chef to join their team for a Fixed term contract of about 4 months

Accommodation, Uniforms and meals whilst on duty is included in the package

• an official Chef qualification
• at lease 2 - 3 years relevant experience as a Sous Chef
• must be able to manage a small kitchen brigade
• work under pressure
• the ability to order produce
• the ability to do stock take
• must be computer literate
• willing to work split shifts
