One of our International Clients is looking for a Fleet and Imports Controller to join their team based in Johannesburg, the successful candidate will need to possess the following:

Minimum Requirements
• Matric
• Transport Diploma
• Understanding of distribution/logistics principles

Skills
• Planning and organising skills
• Analytical skills
• Understanding import process and customs

Job Responsibilities
• Communicate fuel usage for the month to managers
• Register and process fines and licensing documents
• Liaising with suppliers
• Stock control
• Ordering of stock
• Ensuring imports arrive timeously
• Ensure that company vehicles are road worthy, inspection to be done daily
• Completion of fleet documents
• Detailed and accurate fleet list to be maintained at all times, vehicle and driver details
• Assist with incidents and accidents
• Support all departments with relation to tracking system
• Weekly and monthly reporting to managers
