Company based in Rusternburg urgently seeks to employ a Fleet Admin Controller

REQUIREMENTS

• Matric (Grade 12) or
• Degree and/or National Diploma in Road Transport Management / Logistics / Supply Chain Management would be advantageous
• At least 3 years
• Experience in Transport Industry advantageous.
• Advanced skills in computer literacy. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Super user skills in Excel advantageous.
• Attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to think outside the box.
• Experience with fleet management and vehicle tracking

FUNCTIONS AND TASKS

• Assist with the preparation of all Road Freight associated audits
• Administration of vehicle licensing, traffic fines, vehicle records and fleet cards, licence expiry dates
• Consolidate and maintenance of the Fleet master file
• Assistance with ADHOC projects relates to the fleet
• Ensure records of current fleet are updated continuously
• Daily investigation of all fuel alerts and resolution within 5 days
• Quarterly asset verification on vehicles
• Develop plans or set goals to reduce carbon emissions associated with transport activities.
• Maintain Fleet and Operations statistics / dashboards within the Division and report accordingly to management
• Generate monthly fleet reports
