  • Completing investigation on incidents 
  • Minor claims and major claims 
  • Risk analysis
  • Determining the root cause of the incidents
  • Liaising with drivers to complete statements
  • Communicating with 3rd parties involved in the incident
  • Complete file maintenance on vehicles
  • Data capturing and all admin activities related to insurance issues and incidents
