A well established company in the Midlands area requires a Fleet Insurance Administrator to join their growing team. The ideal candidate must encompass a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in an equivalent role.
- Completing investigation on incidents
- Minor claims and major claims
- Risk analysis
- Determining the root cause of the incidents
- Liaising with drivers to complete statements
- Communicating with 3rd parties involved in the incident
- Complete file maintenance on vehicles
- Data capturing and all admin activities related to insurance issues and incidents
