• Transport Management Qualification
• 5 years’ Transport Management experience
• Advanced MS Office knowledge

• Manage and operate the trucks efficiently and within legal requirements
• Ensure all transport costs fall within the budget
• Performance management of all drivers
• Ensure compliance to health, safety and risk policies
• Manage the team of drivers, training on discipline and productivity
• Ensure drivers meet their deadlines
• Route planning
• Tracking of trucks at all time
