Our Client is looking for a Fleet Manager to join their team, the ideal candidate must be mechanically minded and have over 5 years’ experience

Job Description

• Maintain fleet of 35 trucks up to 32 tons and 40 vehicles.
• Ensure fridges on trucks are running optimally, keep maintenance record
• Maintain service and lead time roster for each vehicle/truck
• Attend to breakdowns
• Attend to accidents/incidents
• Conduct driver testing
• Ensure preventative maintenance carried out
• Track and investigate off routes
• Ensure cost effective route planning is done
• Report fleet exception to the financial manager
• Ensure budgets are adhered to
• Discipline staff when necessary

Minimum Requirements
Btech Transport Economics
Experience with hazardous products
5 years’ experience
