Job Requirements:
• Product Knowledge (specifically Truck Tyres) – products, application, performance, product conditions and specifications.
• Proven knowledge of the following technical aspects: Tyre management systems, Care and maintenance of tyres, Tyre Conditions
• Understanding of Marketing principles/Management techniques
• Post grade 12 qualification in Business or similar qualification
• Some knowledge of Key Account Management principles
• Computer literacy to an intermediate level

Job Description:
•Market Strategy
?Contribute to the business strategy development of the Division
?Implement strategy
?Keep abreast of market developments and trends, feedback to divisions
•Budget/ forecast
?Manage annual sales & expense budgets in line with targets to optimise sales
?Monitor and measure performance against forecast / budget
•Customer/ staff relations
?Monitor and analyze our performance against opposition
?Attend to technical queries, and recommend solutions
•Reporting
?Consolidate reports for sales, profitability, customer profile
?Measures performance against Key performance indicators
?Prepare and consolidated reports for division
•Key account management
?Maintain and build relationships with Key Customers
?Measure performance against standards
?Monitor to identify new trends and development, so that prompt action can be taken to align to market or avert problem areas
