Operational FunctionsHandling Cash ups and paperwork accurately and timeouslyAdvising customers on menu and wine choice.Training and motivating staff.Organizing and supervising the shifts of waiting and cleaning staff.Ensure every customer is met and their needs attended to within set agreed parametersDaily checks of bar stocks and condiments , cutlery and crockery levelsCirculation of restaurant front to back yard hourlyEnsure and maintain dress/ uniform and behavioural standards agreedMaintenance of incident book , wastages , customer care , advertising and such accounts to be accurate and up to dateSchedule staff to ensure coverage of all shifts for his area of responsibilityBrief staff at the beginning of each shift with regards to daily information, goals and relevant informationThe package on offer is up to R 15 000 a month.
