APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS
• Gr 12
• Completed tertiary qualification in Retail Management
• Min 2 years retail management experience essential
• Textile industry experience highly advantageous
• Strong people management & staff training skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Strong sales background
• Must be familiar with health & safety procedures
• Knowledge of POS systems
• Must be reliable, responsible with high levels of integrity

KPA’S
• Receive and direct customers, ensuring all stations are manned and customers attended to.
• General upkeep maintenance and attractiveness of the sales floor
• Attending to customer queries and complaints
• Rigorous time and attendance software process and staff management
• Administration & scheduling of staff leave schedules
• Scheduling staff rosters
• Supervising team operations with departmental problem solving and reporting
• Administration and driving of compliance to company policy/procedure and disciplinary code(SEESA).
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed and executed daily by staff
• Relief till operation
• Relief reception duties

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08h00 – 17h00
