Excellent opportunity exists for a Flow Manager in the engineering construction industry.
Based on construction site (Witbank)

Minimum Requirements:
Relevant technical qualification
5 years’ experience
Knowledgeable about welding techniques & boiler making
Able to communicate with staff on all levels
Able to see the flow of the project by looking at the big picture and identifying bottlenecks which can
impact on overall project delivery
Must be medically fit (medical tests will be conducted)
Accommodation and travelling allowance will be provided to Candidates staying outside Witbank
Computer Literate (MS Word and MS Excel)
Able to speak at least one African language (bonus)

Job description:
Checking project progress (eg: rates of welding, shortage of materials and progress of work)
Resolving issues around jobs / work not being completed
Checking and ordering materials
Liaising with various suppliers
Interacting with Site Supervisors
Meeting subcontractors
Involved in making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
Checking and preparing site reports (Monthly)
Adhering to quality control
Motivating the workforce
Problem solving
