FMCG FOODS & Listing Products Sales Exec

Educational Requirements:
Matric
Relevant marketing qualification
Relevant management qualification

Experience Requirements:
Must have at least 3 -5 years’ experience in listing retail / FMCG foods sector
Must have excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans both written and spoken
Must be attentive to detail
Must be proficient in Microsoft office
Very Strong general knowledge of industry
Line sales Management
Must have own transport and valid driver license

Responsibilities:
Acquiring & sourcing new business opportunities with large retail chains (Must have)
Getting products listed & in stores from scratch
Build & maintain customer base
Maintain call strike
Activate / implement plan to maintain / achieve distribution, visibility and availability of all SKU
Implement measures to comply with RSP (Retail Selling Price) regionally to all customers
Reporting on the following:
Distribution
Resource (Regional internal and external)
Call itinerary
Retail Selling Price (RSP)
Point of Sale (POS)
Stock movements (replacement / uplift / repair / lost and damage)
Monthly achieved merchandising / visibility / merchandising / signwriting / category A / B outlets
Perform monthly trade visit with client
Evaluate / research market trends and sales forecast for upcoming events / periods
Manage Monthly Regional Budgets
Complaint handling
Managing staff performance etc.
Assisting, managing and advising staff
General admin

Additional:
Basic R25 000 – R30 000 per month
Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm) & alternate Saturday mornings
Own transport, Valid license and able to travel
Need to have clear CRIM & ITC record
Must have relevant experience in FMCG Foods
