What the person must be able to do:
This role is in the FMCG Manufacturing sector. All duties would take place in this context.
* HQ Level Contractuals and Pricing
* Compile Key Account Plan and Customer Programmes
* Drive Volume and Revenue Growth on the Strategic Level
* Create and Negotiate Annual Customer Terms
* Drive In-Store Growth Through Space, Promotions and Site Visits
Key Job Deliverables:
* Increase Total Sales Revenues
* To Grow Total Sales Volumes
* To Maximise Total Profit on Sales
Background work experience:
* 2 years FMCG Management of Key Accounts like Shoprite and Pick 'n Pay
* 2 years Key Account Contracts and Negotiations
* 2 years Key Account Business Plan and Execution
* 2 years Driving In-Store Execution of Key Account Plan
* Bcom / BTech Marketing or Sales
* Ability to Manage Large Key Accounts Like Shoprite and Pick 'n Pay
* Manage every aspect of large scale key accounts from contracts, to stock to, in-store promos
* Negotiating and setting up key account terms, agreements and pricing
* Market Analysis and the composition of a market winning key account strategy
* Working with account reps andmerchandisers to drive in-store execution of promos, product mixes and store space acquisition
* Advantageous: Adv: Already working for a Tier 1 Manufacturer like Tiger Brands, Distel, Unilever, Pioneer Foods or SAB
