Salary: R25 000 – R30 000 ctc per month (Profit Share in Financial Year-ends)

A large food manufacturing company based in Centurion, is currently looking for a Strong and Savvy Sales/Marketing Manager to start with their company. This is a brand new position created in the company to improve sales and to market their new product that they are launching very soon. You have to have Savvy, a strong personality and strong leadership skills to apply for the position, and you MUST have experience in the FMCG Industry with Sales and Marketing, otherwise you will not be considered for the position.

Requirements:
Matric
Tertiary Qualifications in Sales/Marketing/FMCG
Own Transport
4-5 years’ experience in the FMCG Industry as Sales or Marketing Manager
Microsoft Office
Product Design and branding
PR, Media and Marketing skills
Extensive Marketing and Key Accounts Management
Business Proposal Writing

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Develop Sales and Marketing strategies and plans
Set sales performance targets
Plan direct and coordinate Sales and Marketing for the organisation
Improving profitability and implement effective methods and strategies
Identify new business and tender opportunities
Develop and submit proposals
Build and promote long-lasting customer relationships
Manage Business Development unit and staff/external specialists
Develop and manage PR, Social Media and Media outputs
Lead & Train Sales Executives
Lead the Marketing/Sales strategy of the organization with other Managers
