Front of House Restaurant Manager Needed - Cape Town and Surrounded Area's

Salary Very Negotiable

Requirements:

· 2-5 + Years Front of house / Restaurant Management Experience
·Manage the entire Front of house OPerations
·Need to Manage 15 staff – Waiters
·Need to be seen as the Front of house Manager at all times,
·Need to work hand in hand with Kitchen Manager & Kitchen Pass
·Need to be able to deal with Customer Complaints and Queries
·Needs to be able to lead, train and develop waiters and other staff
·Need to be able to enforce discipline and structures
·Needs to be able to take stock and allocate variances
·Needs to be able to manage and run the entire shift on your own
·Need to Manage the Door when it's busy - Queuing very important
·Need to be able to do check lists regarding Maintenance, Waiters Duties and allocating tables to waiters (Section allocation)
