A Mid-level Java Developer is needed for a dynamic, fast paced and innovative mobile phone company based in Johannesburg. The candidate must have an IT Related formal qualification, they need to be presentable, have good time management and be able to work under pressure as they will be responsible for a multitude of projects at one time.

The ideal candidate needs the following:

• 2+ years’ experience in a Java Development position

• Own drivers license and mobile transport

• JAVA and PHP, advantageous CGI/PERL

• Web technologies (java scripting), web2.0 (Ajax), jQuery are all essential

• Database integration and SQL knowledge a must have, MySQL knowledge advantageous

• SQL and relational databases knowledge, ability to write SQL queries, triggers and stored procedures advantageous

• Mobile Application development (Android or iOS) advantageous

• Linux experience is required

• Ability to be bilingual or learn a new language easily

• Interpret technical specifications if given any.

• Develop, advance, test and deliver according to given spec, documents

• Back-end and front-end application.
