Strong F&B Manager required for busy hotel to handle food and beverage, cost control, budget, sales, labour costs and profitability. Min 3 years experience. Responsible for managing the full day to day F&B operations, must be computer literate in POS, Ms Office, have experience with menus, procurement, banqueting, function sheets, meetings, sales/promotions, development and maintenance of F&B Department (Restaurant, Bar, Pool Deck), follow/control Policies and Procedures, handle enquiries, ensure excellent levels of customer service at all time, able to identify customers’ needs and respond proactively, comply with all health and safety regulations, report to management regarding sales results and productivity, resolve problems, deligate multiple tasks, be up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices, regular stock count.
