FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER – BLOEMFONTEINOur client, a very well known Hotel group is looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to be based at the hotel in Bloemfontein.REQUIREMNTS FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDES:Matric / Grade 12Tertiary Hospitality QualificationPrevious experience within a 4/5 * HotelMust have excellent management skillsFood costingsStock controlMaintenanceStaff ManagementMust have excellent communication and computer skillsStrong attention to detailMust be reliable, hard working, motivated and passionate. Must be available to travel to Bloemfontein for interviews DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage the operation whilst on shift;Ensure guest relations and F&B standards are adhered to and maintained;Ensure staff are fully trained and have knowledge of the menu, billing systems & standards;Do on the job training in various procedures including order taking and processing;Ensure guest satisfaction at all times whilst on duty.Manage all staffing matters as per company policies and proceduresSalary – R 27 000 CTC Per Month
