We are now in search for a Food and Beverage Manager. Nestled near this rich in history small towns beautiful cosmopolitan city center lies the flagship emblem of what diverse upper market accommodation and comfort can be to the established businessman and the normal hardworking guests can experience whilst visiting the region . On offer there are; but to mention a few exquisite, modern rooms ranging from Presidential to luxury double rooms with all amenities and a fantastic food offering available around the clock for your convenience.

Upon Appointment these are some of the Roles and Responsibilities:

Role to be executed
Food & Beverage department reporting directly to the GM.
Oversees two duty managers and team of waiters.
Will be required to fulfill a duty management role and work shifts
Additional duties include checking in and checking out of guests, coordinating guest activities and occasionally assisting in housekeeping supervision.
The role is similar to a GM role but with a much stronger F&B focus as the focus is on a boutique hotel offering.

Required Skills & Experience

F&B experience at least at a 4 star level but 5 star is preferred.
A self motivated candidate with the ability to think on their feet.
Fine Dining experience would be ideal, a’la carte experience essential.
Good people management skills and the ability to hold conversations with upmarket clientele essential.
Wine pairing/tasting knowledge would be beneficial whilst being up to date in current industry trends would be essential.


Position is in Umtata.
