To plan and forecast beverage prices in accordance with increases from suppliers.
To ensure that all Wine lists and Beverage Lists are constantly updated.
To ensure that high levels of cleanliness are maintained at all times in all areas under your control.
To ensure complete Staff coverage throughout the working day to cover all hours of operation in the Hotel.
To ensure that all beverage stocks are being kept secure.
To ensure that all stocks are ordered to the correct quantities and price.
To communicate on a Daily basis with the Stores Manager to ensure that the correct quantities are being held in stores.
To ensure that all areas under your control satisfy the correct stringent hygiene requirements.

Requirements:
Matric
A Culinary qualification from a recognised institute
At least 5 years experience in a similar position
