Food & Beverage Controller required for Golf & Events Club

Must have Matric/Grade 12.

Financial qualifications/experience an advantage.

Must have min. 5 years'previous work experience as an F&B Controller in a high volume, high turnover Hotel Operation.

Will be reponsible for:

Controlling all cost in the F&B Department

Managing Stock

Departmental Audits

Financial Reporting

Costing of all items

Maintaining Stock levels

Controlling expenses
