Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Fully familiarized with hotel and company policies, as well as hotel programs

- Participate in company and hotel induction and refresher programs

- Ensure full compliance to the group procurement platform

- Ensure full compliance to the standards as per the procurement Audit framework

- Monitor the purchases to revenue reports daily for F & B

- Ensure sustainable stock holding and profit margin per budget is maintained

- Control all stores

- Ensure receiving and dispatch procedures are adhered to

- Record wastage and breakage

- Supervise regular yield tests and record results

- Schedule and Control all Stock Takes

- Check for discrepancies of prices on orders and invoices

- Draw up and maintain a supplier evaluation system

- Receive stock and ensure that minimum, maximum and recorded levels are set for all inventory items

- Processing of invoices on recording system

- Assist with Audit requirements at year end

Requirements:

- Grade 12

- Post school accountancy diploma will be an advantage

Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years stock control experience in Hospita
