5 - 6 years F.B Management experience in 4* Hotels required.

Our client is looking for a candidate with a good track record with strong managerial acumen.

Overall Leadership of the property's F&B department including 160 seater restaurant and terrace.

Management of In room dining & Events and Conferencing department,

Good F/B sales and marketing, financial controls, recruitment,training and guest service skills are required.

Salary R 18000.00 - R 20.000.00 including Medical & Pension benefits.
